I paid my electricity bill but am yet to receive my recharge PIN/token Print

You can retrieve your token in 3 ways,

1. Check the status of your transaction for your token by clicking on "check status" on your dashboard. Or

2. Go to transaction history on your dashboard, find the transaction, click on it to view the details of the transaction, you'll find your metre token displayed as a line item on your transaction receipt or

3. contact us at [email protected].
