First, please confirm your transaction was successful. Please follow the steps below:

  1. (On your Quickteller Dashboard), Go to "Transaction History"
  2. Click "Check Status"
  3. Enter your "Transaction Reference". The transaction reference starts with 8888xxxxxxxx OR 9999xxxxxxxx
  4. Click "Get Status" to view the status of your transaction.

If the transaction is confirmed successful, kindly visit the beneficiary's bank or create a ticket for us to assist further.
