As part of the onboarding process, requisite training and merchandising and branding materials will be provided by IFIS. However, it is the responsibility of the agent to provide tools such as smartphone devices to carry out transactions (cash-in, airtime and data purchase, bill payment). While IFIS provides POS devices for the agents with a deployment fee to cater to insurance and logistics,
