Currently, IFIS practices a 3-dimensional recruitment model.

1. Direct Agent Recruitment: This involves the recruitment of agents directly using our field officers, known as FIPs.

2. Aggregator recruitment model: This is the recruitment of agents through our accredited partners with vast agent locations.

3. Self-Onboarding recruitment model – This involves the prospect personally creating an account via the Quickteller Paypoint mobile and web app.
