To register as a landlord or an agent, list and publish properties on Quickteller Homes and have your properties visible and available to Tenants for rent, you must provide:
- Valid means of identification (utility bill/government issued ID card/business CAC document),
- Property details,
- Location of property,
- Leasing information,
- Applicable payments,
- Bank account information to receive tenant’s payment,
- Facility details,
- Additional services,
- Property pictures and description,
- Inspection availability (dates and time) and
- Other applicable details including amounts for refundable deposits, agent and legal fee.
For Agents, all the above information will be required alongside the name and phone number of the apartment's owner (landlord).
