To change your Verve ecash Pin;
Log into Quickteller app
Click on the 3 icons at the left-hand corner at the top of your dashboard
Click on My Account (where you have your name)
Select ‘Change or Reset eCash Pin’
For Reset eCash Pin (click on Forgot Pin)
· Enter current PIN
. Enter New PIN
· Confirm your new eCash PIN
· Tap Continue
· Enter the 6-Digit OTP and tap the ‘Reset PIN’ button to complete the process.
· You will receive a ‘PIN Reset Successfully’ notification
