To change your tier, send a request via email to [email protected]. You will be required to send in your wallet ID, preferred tier and the following details ;
• Any valid officially approved ID (NIMC, Voters Card, Driver's license or International Passport),
• BVN
• Basic customer information (such as passport photograph, name, place and date of birth, gender and address) and proof of address
For Tier 3, a KYC requirement compliance to AML/CFT Regulation check will be carried out.
