Please follow the steps below to update your mobile number to receive OTP.

  1. Go to the nearest ATM
  2. Insert your card
  3. Select the Quickteller option from the ATM menu screen
  4. Select ‘pay bills’
  5. Select ‘others’
  6. Enter 32222 as the payment code
  7. Enter your new phone number as the customer reference number
  8. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
  9. Service costs N1 with N100 surcharge
